You do not need to obtain your prescription if we have your most recent information on file. Your contact lens prescription is valid for one year from the date of service.

In addition to the convenience of placing your order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - we will also ship directly to your home.

I am tired of ordering, wearing and disinfecting my contact lenses how can I find out more about laser vision correction options?

I do not have an eye care provider and would like to schedule an appointment?

To schedule a comprehensive eye examination please call 757 643-8800, our schedulers are available to serve you M- F 8-4:30 EST. Once you’ve scheduled your appointment to expedite your check in process complete your forms at your convenience prior to your appointment.

Do I need to know my prescription?

No As an established patient of Cullom Eye & Laser Center in Williamsburg, Virginia, we already have your comprehensive eye care record. Upon your emailed request we will process your order. If your prescritption is more than a year old we will be unable to fill it, but we will call you and advise you that you will need to schedule an examination. We will also do our best to accommodate your needs until your appointment.

May I obtain information on specific eye conditions:

Please note the following information.

• You must be an established contact lens patient with our Williamsburg, Virginia practice.
• Your lenses will be available within 5 days of order, unless we advise you of special circumstances.
• Prescriptions more than 1 year old will not be filled.
• Home or Curbside delivery orders must be prepaid.
• Curbside delivery is only available at the Williamsburg location
• Contact lenses will only be held 30 days.
