If you wear contacts you should consider two things:
1. Have a back up pair of glasses in case you are unable to wear your contacts due to an infection or injury.
2. Wear a good pair of non prescription sunglasses over your contacts when you are outside. This will protect your eyes from ultraviolet light that can damage your eyes.
